Alex Tzallas is the consummate professional in real estate. We've used Alex's services for over 6 years, and he has never disappointed us. Whether we have had a need for his services for rental units or for the sale of properties, Alex has made every effort to assist us, and he has been successful in every one of our experiences. Our most recent experience in selling my aunt's condo from her estate resulted in an unexpected $40,000 additional from the original price last year, and this gain was the direct result of our following his advice to remodel the condo. We spent about $10,000 for the floors, light fixtures, granite countertops and plumbing, so we had a net gain of $30,000. That was far beyond our expectations.
